Hollandia / The Netherlands

Nagyon örültem, hogy lehetőségem volt (Marisnak) júniusban egy szakmai konferencián részt venni Hollandiában. Most jártam először az országban és nagyon tetszett- egyik kedvencem a holland apró téglás házak voltak.

Attis is ki tudott jönni pár napra, és együtt meglátogattuk kedves holland barátunkat Willemet, aki még biciklizni is elvitt bennünket a vidékre :)

I (Maris) was very happy that in June I could take part in a conference in the Netherlands for my job. This was my first time in this country and I really liked it- one of my favourites was the Dutch brick houses.

Attis could come for a few days as well and we visited our dear Dutch friend, Willem who even took us on a bike trip in the countryside :)

Amerikai előadássorozat / American lecture series

Pár hónappal ezelőtt egy amerikai filozófus jelezte, hogy szívesen eljönne Magyarországra, és felajánlotta, hogy előadások tartásával szolgálna felénk.
Dr. Peter Payne a kaliforniai Instutite For Credible Christianity igazgatója, és rendszeresen tart érdekes előadásokat apologetikai témákban szerte a világon.

Nemzetközi diákkörünk, az ICFB szervezésében március 6-án 6 órától fog az ELTÉn beszélni, emellett a CEU bibliakörhöz, valamint Szegedre és Debrecenbe is ellátogat.

Célunk, hogy minél több nemzetközi diákot elérjünk, kapcsolatokat építsünk velük, és lehetőséget adjunk nekik, hogy jobban megismerjék Istent.

A few months ago, an American philosopher has indicated that he would come to Hungary and he offered his ministry of giving lectures.

Dr. Peter Payne, the director of Instutite For Credible Christianity in California regularly holds interesting lectures in apologetics all over the world.

Our international student group (ICFB) organizes an open lecture from 6 pm March 6  at ELTE University, in addition, Peter will also visit the CEU Bible study group and will go to Szeged and Debrecen as well.

Our goal is to reach out to as many international students as possible, build relationships with them, and give them an opportunity to learn more about God.

Please think of us in prayer as we get closer to the date. :)

Már egy ideje szerettünk volna blogot írni (na jó, főleg Maris) és most itt van.
